When will my gift box be sent?

We always aim to post all orders received by 11am the same day. Orders received after 11am will be posted by the following day - during working hours. We will ping you an email to let you know when your gift box is safely on its way!

Can I swap or add a product?

If you would like to swap or add a product to your gift box, please get in touch and we will do our best to help.

What happens if my gift box isn't received?

Unfortunately, due to COVID restrictions, delivery is taking longer than usual. If you chose to send your gift box first class, it will usually arrive in 1-3 days, however with the current restrictions delivery times can be unpredictable so please order early. If you would prefer to ensure a faster delivery, please chose the signed for option at the checkout. If you are at all worried your gift box has been lost in transit, please contact us at:

Is there a choice of delivery?

Yes! You can choose your delivery option at the checkout - we send our gift boxes by Royal Mail - of course! 

1st class Royal Mail £4.45

Signed for Royal Mail £5.55

Please be aware that at the moment, due to COVID restrictions, postage is taking longer than usual. If you would like your box sent guaranteed next day, please get in touch for a quote.

Will there be any receipts in the gift box?

We carefully hand pack each gift box and can guarantee that there will be no price tags or receipts in the box :-)

Can I get a refund or exchange?

We always hand pack our gift boxes with care and do our very best to ensure they arrive safely. If, by any chance, you would like to either exchange or refund your gift box, please first get in touch with us at treatsforthequeen@gmail.com or tel: 07511 222210 and we will do our best to help.

The important bit ... 

Please contact us within 14 days from the date of purchase. All products need to be returned in the original packaging and in the same condition as they were received. Refunds will be paid back to the original payment method and will be processed within 7 days of receiving the gift box back. Postage costs will need to be paid by the customer unless the gift box is faulty.
